Our bespoke Holiday Planning is a paid service. Once we understand how much assistance you need in planning your Italian holiday we will send you a quote. Designing your customized itinerary is included in the Holiday Planning fee but all tours, ground transportation and services will be charged separately. We do not book airline tickets or hotels but we are experts in everything else once you land on Italian soil.
Payments
The payment structure is determined once we know how many and what kind of services you would like to book.
Cancellation
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- If you should cancel 15 days before schedule tour or experience there will be NO PENALTY.
- If you should cancel 7 days before schedule tour or experience there will be a 50% PENALTY.
- If you should cancel 3 days before schedule tour or experience there will be a 100% PENALTY.
After initial contact, we will go over everything with you in detail via email or we can even call you from Rome.
